Equipping encompasses many different aspects of ministry at Columbia Crossroads. We believe that one of the roles  of spiritually gifted leaders within the church is to equip the Saints for the works of service.

"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;"  Eph 4:11-12   

One way we seek to outfit believers for ministry is through our equipping class which meets on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:45am. A variety of topics will be covered throughout the year, and will include: Apologetic studies, topical studies, book studies, and video based studies. In addition to this, there will be occasional  hands on ministry training. The equipping ministry will also offer a couple of seminars each year that will allow participants to grow in knowledge and gain the necessary skills for effective ministry.
