The Church does not exist for itself. It exists to bring glory to God though obedience to Christ. Columbia Crossroads is called to demonstrate and proclaim the love of Christ in our community in very practical ways. Local outreach is not a substitute for the responsibility of every believer to love and serve, rather it empowers individual ministry, and targets specific needs in our community. 

Local outreach involves:

• Sharing the Gospel
• Helping the poor and needy
• Serving others in the community
• LEAP (Learning and enrichment after-school program)
• Prison ministry and Angel tree
• Apartment ministry
