We believe the Bible teaches a diversity of leadership where various gifts unite to provide a "wholeness" of perspective.  Thus, we have a leadership team that represents a variety of personalities and gifts for guiding this church.  The vision becomes our "senior pastor" as we seek to join God in His mission and submit to Jesus as the head of the church.
